SERVICE GUARANTEE
We want you to be thrilled with your experience at Pure. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask you to notify us within seven days of your original appointment so that we are able to make any necessary changes without additional charges. At any time if you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member or if you’d just like a fresh point of view, let us know. We work as a team, and it is our mission to provide you with the best possible service.

Upgrade Services
On the day of your appointment you will be presented with a menu of upgrade services to review and add to your existing appointment if there is time available. If you prefer to schedule these in advance to ensure there is time, please call us to book them ahead of time.

APPOINTMENTS
In order to meet our goal of providing guests with an experience that exceeds expectations, we ask that you arrive for your appointment promptly. Guests arriving 10 or more minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you have an appointment for a shorter service, such as an eyebrow wax, and arrive more than five minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule.

A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. Credit card information is stored in a safe location and only the last 4 digits can be viewed in our system after it is saved.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life can be hectic and unpredictable. Please give 24-hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled time to be respectful of our service providers and other guests’ time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed more than 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total service price that you were scheduled for. We appreciate your understanding of our need for this policy to account for the loss of revenue and labor costs associated with the time scheduled for your services.

MUTUAL COURTESY
Many guests look forward to their appointment time as a much-needed escape from the chaos of everyday life. Please turn off or silence your cell phone during your service in order to provide an atmosphere of relaxation for our guests.

CHILDREN
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to “their” time. Also, safety is a huge concern, as we use chemicals and tools at extremely hot temperatures in the salon. For these reasons, we ask that children be brought to the salon only when they are scheduled for services.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with any product choice and would be happy to exchange any product purchase for another product that better meets your needs. All product returns must be made with a receipt within seven days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for returns without a receipt. No returns accepted for makeup or personal blends or discontinued products, tools, or brushes. GIFT CARDS
Pure Salon Spa gift cards are a wonderful way to treat yourself or someone special to a total escape. Gift cards may be applied toward any services or products at Pure Salon Spa. Card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card or series package. Service prices are subject to change. Pure Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

BRIDAL
The range in service pricing is determined by level of experience and expertise of the stylist. All prices are subject to change unless full payment is received at time of booking. A 20% gratuity is added to all bridal parties. For the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that only the members of the bridal party having services accompany the bride. In situations where only the bride is receiving services, we ask that only one other person accompany her for support. Due to the intimate nature of the salon, any other extra members may be asked to leave. Please do not bring children who are not receiving services to the salon. Services for bride and bridal party are not subject to discounts or any special offers. We require a 5 business day cancellation notice for all bridal parties.
